I'm back from swimming, did 20 laps in my relatively small pool with breaks in between every 2 laps, i started at 16:00 and i'm back at 18:00 due to my siblings arriving to have funI'm going to go swimming today, i want broad shoulders and a full toned body, i shall start doing this annualy every tuesday, potentally every Friday aswell.
