I'm going to go swimming today, i want broad shoulders and a full toned body, i shall start doing this annualy every tuesday, potentally every Friday aswell.
 
actual fights are sloppy, and the one who wins is the guy who hits hardest. not to mention kicks hurt way more than punches
Actual fights are won by simply overwhelming the opponent with enough strength and paim until they give up, or if you have a knife or gun.

I'm back from swimming, did 20 laps in my relatively small pool with breaks in between every 2 laps, i started at 16:00 and i'm back at 18:00 due to my siblings arriving to have fun
