I’m surprised that nobody did a thread on doing workouts on /self/ yet

I’m skinny as fuck,I’m around (134 lbs/61 kg) and I want to reach (154 lbs/70 kg) before this year ends!

Sugar is an addictive drug. If you have been through obesity you know exactly what I mean. Feeling tempted to eat chocolate as a "snack", knowing it is detrimental to your progress. Sugar will literally rot your teeth, that's why when you look at skeletons of prehistoric humans they all have good/great teeth conditions. We didn't see tooth decay until when European colonials found out about cane sugar and imported it to Europe to be used by the rich, causing tooth decay in your body.

This kind of stuff fucks with your body in all different ways and should be categorized as a Schedule I/II narcotic, due to the amount of physical and mental torture put through the addict that has to put up with this shit. And yes, it's a narcotic. It's addictive properties behave extremely similarly to that of cocaine.
 
I just do lifting and calisthenics for my workouts becase strength-training is fun and for cardio i just walk through nature and run through the local hill in my areas and climb trees and ridges.

Thats what I do too, but my brothers have a very ridged workout routine, and they are jacked. You can be in great shape, but you need to do planning if you want to make that next step to have an aesthetic body.
