Keyed /w/ - Workout General Thread

I don’t work out as often as I used to because I don’t want to wake up at 6 am in the morning. When I do tho I usually just lift a dumbbell and do body weight squats since I don’t have a gym membership. I don’t do any cardio but I want to do so eventually so I can be stronger and faster in general
 
I just did 10 reps on some 7.5 KG dumbells, i really hope it did the method correctly.
Luckily i feel a slight pain in my biceps, that means i gained somthing (no pain no gain), i also went out for a small walk today after applying facewash and cream.
I have no idea how heavy that is because I’m too lazy to convert that to pounds but working out is good so good on you
