now that sounds like i stalked a foid, but realistically we were buddies and she was okay with it, making it a "can you find my school" game and i told her my school outright anyways. im not that obsessed anymore doe, and i did that when i was like 14 or 15 or something. not friends with her anymore though, she contacted me a single time in the past 2 years and then never called me ever again. i recorded a 2 hour long conversation between us and now this is getting TMI anyways uhhh

i have all sorts of stuff about everyone I meet just archived and sorted... into folders.
Faces, posts, information. I don't archive everything, just things I find interesting. I do this because it might become important later and I've been doing this for my entire life, entire conversations from my childhood archived. From all the drama I've been in the past, archiving EVERYTHING is the best thing you can possibly do. I have like a 5 hour video that's poorly recorded of me getting into a fight on Discord archived to this day. I don't think this is a weird thing, it's just protection, and perhaps leverage. If someone tries to pull me up on something I can just pull something out of my long drawer of "aint this you, lil bro? 💀" draw.

And seeing as the file sizes of these things are so small? Why shouldn't I?
I have people archiving my internet activities too you know, it's all fair game. So just be careful. I have every right to save anything I see on here, but that doesn't mean I'm going to share them willy nilly, just keep it all safe, maybe even look back on all the memories I've made years and years later. It's extremely powerful you know, so if there's anyone who isn't doing this, maybe you should.

Every friend I've ever had also does this. Surprisingly, I have been in contact with a lot of actual women on the internet somehow and even they save entire conversations with random people, so I don't really think this is weird, it's just the internet. Once it goes up there, you can't get rid of it, it's the same with me. I don't really care about most of that stuff 99% of the time, barely even look at it, but you never know when someone tries to pull some shit on you expecting you to not have the receipts.

In my honest opinion it's why you've got to be careful, @Swede. Because anything you upload cannot be deleted.
So I'll say this to everyone: If you upload something to the internet, you have to do so with the intention of everyone seeing it. Doesn't matter what it is, whether it's private or public, you have to make the conscious choice of knowing that your past present and future might be remembered and documented for all to recount. I know this first hand and I am okay with this. So I won't show my face because I'm not complacent with that being shown. When the time is right, however, and when perhaps I will be perfectly okay with showing my face, I will show it, knowing that I am okay with this information being public.

If you cannot operate in this manner, you are unfit to use the internet.

The day I get doxxed, I won't be crying about it. If that even ever happens. If people say my full name and where I live, I'll either ignore it or just act like you all already knew that anyways.
