Lately I've started to feel a bit more angry again which is kinda unusual for me. I used to be angry a lot but I didn't really feel angry or much of anything for a while recently but I feel like now I'm starting to be a bit more irritable again but I really would like to avoid it since I feel like it just pushed people away from me. So I was wondering (and this is probably the wrong place to ask) how you guys keep /calm/ even if people are irritating you because I really do enjoy being nice. Or a better question is how do you avoid being irritated maybe? I'm not sure. Sorry.

Just don't give a fuck, that's really all there is to the "strategy".
The way I look at things, if the current issue causing me not to be "calm" won't or will not matter in the coming days or even hours, why care and let it affect me at all?
You shouldn't linger on the unchangeable past, but if the lingering is pertaining to a small scale and throw-able away affair, make an exception and think ahead for a moment using your personal past experience and ask yourself "Will this matter to me, right now or if at all?" and if the answer is "No", stand calm, move on and roll with the punches.

I also consider partaking in lifting to be a key factor to my suppression of anger or any emotional outbursts.
Well I tried it and I don't like it.

Well that's easier said than done. If it were that easy I wouldn't be making an entire thread about it I would just do it.

Never been to a therapist. Do they only give you prescription medicine and that's it? Without investigating the problem?
From my limited understanding of them, yeah. I mean they can investigate the problem all they want but all it will end up doing is giving you a different medication. Nobody does cognitive-behavioral therapy anymore. It's just SSRIs and antipsychotics if you step out of line.

If that's true then no wonder why so many people major in psychology now. Make tonnes of cash by giving out goyim pills
