Eh, I think mockers. The obviously wicked also do for sure hurt the reputation of Christianity and I do not like it. But people are people. Mockery only makes a fool out of Christianity. In Europe especially there is so much mockery that at this point it is not even rebellious to mock the church, it is apart of the faithless, old and soulless status quo.

Arius proposed that God the Father created God the Son as a being that was finite but somewhat divine with relation to God, created as the first being, but with a nature unlike God the Father (therefore denying the entire divinity and true nature of Christ). To my understanding, it mainly spread to the Goths and other Germanic tribes through an Arian (it sounds like a funny term when spoken) Goth named Uftilas, a bishop who translated the Bible into the Gothic language, while also spreading with a boost in numbers from political opposition to the Chalcedonian Romans of the time.
