as someone who doesnt own rtx or even gtx for that matter i dont give a shit
it matters for any 3d game you dont want to render a model that has 10k verts when its far away from the camera
most of the stuff i do is low poly anyways but even then, unsubdividing in blender is easy and you can also utilize a tactic where you use a billboard texture to create the illusion of a model at a far away distance.

ah yes jolt, the superior physics engine that doesn't support single executable compiling and still has multiple issues itself such as:

The physics server is not thread-safe (yet)
Memory usage is not reflected in Godot's performance monitors (yet)

i love not knowing how much ram my program is using and having a non thread safe physics engine and also players of my game having to download a separate file from somewhere just to go play it

The best you came up with is "well I don't mind it being retarded and if you don't want to use a retarded engine in retarded ways you can't hold that against the retarded engine". You conceded raycasting was slower than the competition but claimed it "doesn't matter", you conceded it had shitty web support but claimed it "doesn't matter", basically you dismissed every issue by stating you don't care about it. Now when someone comes in to poke more holes in it's ability and performance you just keep dismissing it because you "don't care" which I guess makes it a nonissue. Do whatever with it, but it's a subpar choice. Unity jews own you lil bro
