I have already written about this on X Immigrant's thread if you remember. But basically the position of Orthodoxy on this is not clear cut and that's normal because Eastern Orthodoxy does not attempt to explain more than what has been clearly revealed to us. All I can say *for sure* is the following : salvation is found within the Orthodox Church first and foremost and an Orthodox Christian who betrays Orthodoxy will be damned forever. But beyond that I cannot say where salvation is or isn't found in. Our Lord is a merciful God, we can say that He knows what to do and that we should leave this matter to Him instead of making a dogma around it. So the best I can say is, I hope different people will be saved too but I cannot say for sure whether they will be saved or not. That's up to the Lord. It is always like this within Eastern Orthodoxy when it comes to matters that have not been explicitly revealed to us, there are some things only God can know.
