Keyed /w/ - Workout General Thread

I can punch the bag hard and loud as shit but I can only bench 75kg 1RM.
I can OHP 60kg 1RM doe.
i gotta start doing more ohp i usually just stick to shoulder pressing with dumbbells those are good stats though
 
Cardio is king bruh do uhh 20 burpees with different pushup variations then run to the other side of the room then do 20 burpees repeat
 
Are protein shakes worth it?
I've been bulking with burger kang and mcdonalds for two years and now I'm just obese.

Shakes are just a way to get protein. Useful if you struggle to eat enough cause drinking is easy, but they are not mandatory if you eat enough meat eggs and fish.

there's a thing called weighted calisthenics.
Dont forget kinetic energy and weight.
