Also can somebody tell me how to gain weight?
I’m skinny as fuck,I’m around (134 lbs/61 kg) and I want to reach (154 lbs/70 kg) before this year ends!
I don’t wanna see my bones & veins ever again!
honestly doe yeah just go to the gym, don't do powerlifting but do like 10-15 reps series, and eat goood. mcdonalds is a meme but if you wanna gain weight, eat and sleep good inbetween sessions

They have a lot of proteins apparently!

Yeah eating proteins is good but honestly no need to excessively focus on it. That's more something to keep an eye on if you wanna do weight loss actually, because meat is harder to digest and doesn't add excess carbs. I am really no bodybuilding expert, my brother would be, but from what I gathered, while eating healthy is important, you essentially need to eat more if you workout because you burn more calories than normally, and if you don't eat enough, your body will break down muscle as a source of energy (not fatal at all, just inefficient to gain mass)

Oh ok!

Chicken not the best meat for bulking - high protein but almost no fat, no calories -> no mass gain. Try ground beef or fish or something like that yeah.
and try to eat pasta and spaghetti and shit rather than other carbs like potatoes or rice, theyre much more calorie-dense and you will gain better. weight gain is all about the calorie count - did your body intake more energy today than it burned? if yes, it will use the excess energy for fat cells, and to grow muscles, assuming you trained correctly.

its low on carbs yeah(sugar) but it definitely adds extra calories(mostly through fat which is the most calorie-dense stuff you can eat) and youre probably thinking of vegetables which are good for fiber but not energy because your body uses so much energy to break down fiber that it's a near zero calorie gain or even a net loss, like with lettuce.
How did I make out?
idk if that's how taekwondoe is but your boxing sucks, your hands are held at waist level for some reason(asking to get a quick jab in the face) and you should hold them near your head. And you're just kind of poking your fist at the bag, it's hard to describe but you shouldnt punch like you're throwing your fist at it, treat your straight punch more like a spear than a flail because I'm pretty sure you're not getting full power and speed. also don't do that bouncy jump thing to get the lower body strength behind the punch, you can just twist with your feet on the ground, it's more stable and more accurate and you won't miss as hard.
as for your kicking, straighten out your ankle more when you do the roundhouse. your foot should be only slightly bent and the way you're doing it right now, with your foot at the same angle to your shin as when you're walking, you'll stub your toe on the other guy if you miss by a little bit.

Yeah you're right. I was thinking of a molecule that is very usefull in meat and now I remember it, it's creatine I think. Eve&doe you'll never get the sufficient amount from meat alone, if I recall correctly creatine is what allows ADP to be recycled into ATP giving mudcle cells a source of energy and to duplicate ? I may get my biology wrong doe.

It is Tae Kwon Do. We don't do punches very often, haha. So yes, my boxing sucks. Thank you for the advice, you certainly know your stuff.

>To the people saying TKD is useless

I know a lot of people online have this fetish for crapping on Tae Kwon Do or any of the Asian martial arts, but the style is fun and helps me lose weight. Pulling off a tornado roundhouse kick looks and feels awesome. I don't care if it won't help me in some street-fight that a chronically online dude thinks will happen to him. If you're trying to lose weight but have a short attention span, TKD is really a fun time.

I am down to my 220s, I was up to my 250s... Tae Kwon Do in my basement helped a lot of that weight come off. I have my own treadmill, but being on that for 50 minutes is boring, even with music. Tae Kwon Do is much more interesting.
