Also, here is a short list of some christian metal bands that are quite decent imo: Impending Doom for deathcore (their earlier stuff is better than the new stuff imo), August Burns Red for metalcore, Renascent for blackened death metal, skillet for hard rock, theocracy for power metal, and there's probably more out there, but those are the bands that I listen to still, that really are christian.

Renascent in particular is the band that got me into metal, they put whole Bible passages into songs, and they made a song where the lyrics are my favourite psalm, psalm 139.

all the live shows in my country are way far in Riga like over a 100km away from my city
occasionally a few of my local bands that some of my friends play in will do a show in my city or a city nearby, in that case i always go
but of course they want to go to Riga too cause there's more people
it's always in this one specific venue too
not that i blame them, my city is a dead nigger
and all the big boy popular bands that might get an audience of 50+ people come like once a year (way far too)
that's just how it be i guess
