The mixing is very good, the technicality and songwriting are not extraordinary but they're good stuff nonetheless. Generic but quality imo.

Sounds a bit like First Fragment, but it's more orthodox in it's approach to death metal imo.

I've heard of and listened to this band before; personally I think they're a little bland.

Okay so I know this is going to be divisive but HEAR ME OUT.
This is probably the single song I've listened to the most these past 5 years, and I haven't heard anything that even came close to it in any way.
It is deathcore at it's heart still so you're going to dislike it. It's also Infant Annihilator, which is known to compose shit that is impossible to play and therefore they probably did not record the drumming on this song. It is also melodic and not overly technical in it's writing imo.
However, this song, both in it's lyrical content, and in it's melody, in it's composition, is the single most epic and cathartic song I've ever listened to in the metal genre I think. I love it so much for this.
I said to you that Idc about technicality if it sounds good, but this goes beyond : It doesn't need to be technical to sound good.
This is an atmospheric piece of music done right in my humble opinion.
