If by white culture you imply christianity, then yes absolutely.
Though I would deny that christianity is a solely white culture, but yes absolutely, I say again and again that some culture are plain evil and inferior to others, and that we as a society should thrive to eradicate them.

And geg, maybe idk. It'd be absurd to deny that genes have a part to play in our physical aptitudes, and maybe even in personality, though to a lesser degree.
Overall when it comes to the brain, yes genes also play a role in our aptitudes and stuff, but as said the weight of these parameters are completely destroyed by the weight education has.
