If being an admin on the sharty is time consuming, why not appoint a co-admin from one of your mods ?
Instead of having a single admin switch every 3 months, why not have like 2 or three more permanent admins that can both be active at the same time or allow one of them some rest ?

It's tricky because 'teens have gotten so conditioned to admin visibility and worship after people like Kuz and Doll and they'll riot when they're denied a new parasocial relationship. I did miss putting the capcode on and calling people retards in a random thread and I've been getting my fill today. They call me a namefag but miss having an admin that does antics and interacts with people

Maybe this would sit better with 'teens if it was somehow made an official state of affair.
I think the current doomposting comes a lot from the sensation of chaos and unstability happening.
If they knew about the co-adminship it maybe wouldn't be so bad, but then again maybe not.
