How do I eat eggs without becoming a BRAAAP hog?

I have chickens and always have too many eggs, and I am always told that eating a ton of eggs is good for you, but whenever I eat eggs I get incredibly gassy and get into many potentially embarrasing situations
How do I fix this so I can eat my eggs?
