Do you support the Death Penalty?

Bring back gladiator battles between death sentence convicts, winner gets a chance at parole, if he fails parole he can fight again and get another chance or serve a considerably shorter sentence

>For me, I think that it should be reserved for the most heinous crimes with no chance of rehabilitation. Also only when there is 100% certainty that the accused is guilty, not just "beyond a reasonable doubt".
This. but also having them rot in prison for the rest of their life is an equally good and fair punishment, especially if they're spending it in solitary confinement

The problem with the death penalty is just the fact that a lot of these people die of old age or disease before they even get to the electric chair and even then they're just euthanized which is unfair, because while they stabbed people to death, shot a person's head off with a shotgun, or brutally mutilated somebody beyond recognition, while they get to just hit the hay one last time. I think they deserve an equally horrific death just as the deaths they caused.

They should just shoot them.

Keep in mind that more than, since 1973, a little over 1 in 10 death row inmantes have been exonerated. Meaning that they are innocent. Those are the ones that survived, imagine how many were actually executed.

Yes especially if they’re black

A few hours ago, my black bull was pounding my gaping asshole with his thick, throbbing BBC and, right before he ejaculated, he pulled his dick out of my ass, shoved it into my mouth, and filled my maw with liters of thick African semen. I guzzled it all down my throat like the precious nectar that it is, and then I ate his asshole until he exploded diarrhea in my mouth, which I also swallowed down like the good little BBC slut that I am.
MARGE what the fuck

i think they should be given adequate time to prove innocence (5 years) and then immediately executed after that has passed
it's ridiculous how people stay on death row for decades here, in fact i think its almost more cruel than just getting it over with

5 years seems arbitrary. In my mind there's no way to prove a crime beyond a reasonable doubt ever so there's no reason to punish someone permanently.

what benefit is there to keeping them alive for decades in prison anyway? they'll say they want to live, but that's human nature. they have nothing to live for.

Why even kill? Humans shouldn't play god and kill whatever they deem a malus to society. If that person isn't a threat to anyone anymore then there's no reason to kill
I think someone posted a case of a previous sexual offender raping and killing a girl right after they got out of jail. For some people it's too obvious whether or not they're going to be dangerous to society, and in the cases where everyone is absolutely confident said person will commit evil again as soon as they leave prison, I think a death penalty is best for everyone involved.
