In many cases, genetics is a perfectly valid excuse for deficiencies, because no matter how hard someone tries, if they have shit genetics their fucked, and those people should not be mocked and told to just “take responsibility” for things they had no control over.

Yeah but most of the things you listed aren't directly due to genetics. For example the Indian being unable to get a gf is due to the absurdly high standards of modern women. He'd get a woman if he was living in any time but today, his ancestors all did after all. So this shouldn't be an excuse to give up, you don't just lay down and rot in the face of a bad situation ; you rebel. You change the situation by force if you have to.
