I'm talking in general, but if you want to break it down to region by region, there are for sure outliers. In areas where fruits and certain vegetables made up a lot of people's diet, scurvy was lower. However, for much of the European population, grain was their go to food source. Even beyond scurvy there are plenty of dental related issues that arise from malnutrition.

I'm aware of the wonders of the ancient world, but at the same time I'm also aware of the wonders of the modern world. I'm aware of the natural wonders we still have. I'm aware of the luxuries we now possess. I'm aware of the purity and artistry we've lost. I'm aware of the innovation we've lost. I'm aware of the corruption we've developed. I'm aware of the forces who wish to see us in ruin. My only point was that those who only take the bad are doomed to fail. There really will be people who look back fondly on today's age. It's just a shame to waste the blessing we do have just because evil exists.
