human rights aren't fundamental and don't exist; they are given to you to the government in exchange for creating some sort of value for the state. This includes serving in the military, working, participating in culture, etc. If you fail to make any value for the state, your rights are taken away.

to be fair, where there is people, there is always tribe. with anarchy, i propose not total anarchy, but a world of multiple smaller governments, or rather, a minarchy.
the problem with our world is that our countries are too big, our tribes are too big too and governments have too much power.
but if it wasn't this way, everyone would be going to war with eachother all the time, the large nations is a natural consequence of not wanting to do that.
but big nations can't exist either as they fracture all the time, just like the roman empire and most imperialist countries.

I'm fine with governments having a lot of power, as long as I'm the one controlling that power. Countries being divided into multiple smaller ethnostates would solve a lot of the world's problems, IMO.
Large nations and empires forming and fracturing is just the natural course of things. Just let it happen. Even with a bunch of smaller states, they will compete with each other for land and conquer each other, eventually leading to large empires. Now, as long as said empires ethnically and culturally assimilate their conquered peoples, they should be fine.
