MS Paint on 11 is so good, it actually has flippin' layers and PNG support, but it's exclusive to fricking 11 so Windows 10 users are stuck with doodoo MS Paint 3D. Got damn it I want the new MS Paint to make better rage comics LET ME UPGRADE MY OS!!!

You can bypass the requirements by using rufus and/or 11 LTSC.

I agree, even the LTSC version (at least the build that got leaked back in April or so) is pure AIDS and I gave up on it almost immediately. It's hard to describe, but with Windows 10 LTSC you could somewhat make it feel professional/streamlined/whatever compared to the shitshow that is Windows 10 Home/Pro. With 11 LTSC, the nigger diarrhea is baked directly into the OS itself because I frankly despise the UI.
And to add insult to injury, the pajeets at Microsoft are lazy and each layer of failed UI redesign peels back like an onion as you go deeper into menus. I can't remember where I heard this, but the phone dialer program from the 95 era hasn't changed in over 30 years.
