What ethnic foods do you like?

Have you ever eaten German food in your life? Breads, meats, cheeses, dumplings, sausages, roasts, cakes, cookies, pastries are all some of the best food on the planet. Germans don't take much from America, If anything most amerimutt food comes from German culture and food.
The only Turkroach food in Germany is Donner which is not at all what I was referring to.

I've eaten more authentic Indian food than anyone in this thread who isn't Indian themselves.

If you think German food is goyslop but poojeet food is good, you either have never eaten authentic food from either or you are a jeet yourself.
I'm half german and half my family lives in northern germany.
French bread and cheese mogs german ones, and cakes, cookies and stuff either also come from france or from the US.
Sausages are great, but that's not even a dish it's an ingredient.
And german beer sucks in comparison to belgian beer.

Germany was never known for it's cooking idk what you find to it ima be real

Italian food, it is by far the best cuisine in the world.

Indian food, ehh, I like butter chicken and chicken tikka marsala but these are not authentic indian dishes. Likewise, General Tso's Chicken is not real Chinese dish but I like it. Sushi is quite good if you source it well. Greek food is not bad, I enjoy some of it but not all of it. I prefer Italian food.

Turkish cuisine unironically might be the best in the world tbh. And no, I'm not referring to the watered down slop versions they sell to you goys in kebab shops in your countries. I'm talking about what we have here in Turkey.
I only know of Turkish coffee and Turkish ice cream. What kind of food do Turks eat? I know that Turkic people on the steppe eat very meat heavy diets, a lot of the old folks don't like vegetables. But I know Turkish people more for sort of sweet food

Not to be like that one /pol/ meme but I have a lot of elderly German/Austrians in my family who moved to Canada right after the war, and we mostly celebrate holidays at their houses. All of them cook (or cooked, many of them have passed) and they were all very traditional, and the food was very good. I'm assuming your family probably doesn't cook that much or that traditionally.

Also like I said they were from the South and from my experience the South has better food.

All of that is very possible.
And the south has better food than the north.

However, if you can, I'd advise you to try french cuisine sometimes.
Not just baguettes or single ingredients like wine or cheese but high end gastronomical cuisine, which birthed in france. Obviously it costs a shit ton of money so you may not have that opportunity often but the idea remains. For comparison's sake.

But alright your experience sure is your experience, not denying or diminishing that.
