Obviously not, but most countries that are on the losing side of a war are treated unfairly. I always found it strange how after WWI, there was little attempt at reconciliation with the central powers. After WWII, the Axis was rebuilt by the USA and USSR. It was largely because the USA and the USSR were trying to spread their spheres of influence and globalism, but it's an interesting comparison. Even after the armistice that effectively ended WWI, the central powers had the power to continue the war just as much as the allies. You'd think they would want to make peace to avoid a second world war, rather than villainize and place the burden of WWI on the central powers.
