Obviously not, but most countries that are on the losing side of a war are treated unfairly. I always found it strange how after WWI, there was little attempt at reconciliation with the central powers. After WWII, the Axis was rebuilt by the USA and USSR. It was largely because the USA and the USSR were trying to spread their spheres of influence and globalism, but it's an interesting comparison. Even after the armistice that effectively ended WWI, the central powers had the power to continue the war just as much as the allies. You'd think they would want to make peace to avoid a second world war, rather than villainize and place the burden of WWI on the central powers.

This may sound dumb but saying "they would want to make peace" is looking back in hindsight, I just think the leaders of the great powers didn't know better back then because they were rushing to get WWI over. This was the war to end all wars after all so I think the intent of crippling the central powers was a sick punishment that would keep another war of that scale from happening again, and looking back in the past I don't think there was a time like the interwar period that had happened in recent-ish history.

I know, it’s just REALLY clear in hindsight how bad those choices were

I remember an edit that replaced "Romania" with "Independent Nigger State". That was pretty funny.
