raw milk is yada yada great source of calcium, iron, Vitamins A, D & K, phosphorus, zinc, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and omega-3 fatty acids, plus many beneficial enzymes and probiotics.
as is pasteurised milk, yes some enzymes are destroyed but it's minor and only a fraction of people get any problems from pasteurized milk

At the gym a huge buff guy told me he was skinny like me and started to eat a lot of goyslop like McDonald's and other, to gain mass. Is he trolling me? Yesterday after gym I purchased 4 burgers and felt very full and happy after. I still eat food I cooked and my mom made, but would this be a good way to reach that calorie surplus?

you will get more muscle mass being in a crazy caloric surplus eating slop, but you'll also gain great amount of fat, really depends on what you want, you can still gain muscle while being relatively lean 10-12
