is homestuck like a visual novel or something? I checked it out for like 5 minutes when I was 13 and got bored, I don't remember anything other than the fact that the characters get gored and megalovania plays or something

there are various similarties, in character design and in culture, but just in reverse.
as homestuck has it's trolls and it's characters the soysphere has it's variants and also soytan who honestly looks like a homestuck character. that was my first impression when i saw soytan.
like homestuck, soyteens urge you to read the wiki, like homestuck fans urging you to read homestuck, they are both equally as retarded and long aswell and both are equally as boring.
but also both are equally as quirky. i cannot even begin to fathom my initial experience with reading the wiki, it was like opening up a portal to a whole new universe, but then i found out that universe was mostly just larp, snca and whoevencareseralds. i used to take the sharty and the soysphere so seriously like i treated people like soot and doll like celebrities but once you get to know them you realize they're basically just the same as you really, they're just internet users.

if homestuck is the gay version of the sharty, the sharty is the straight version of homestuck, despite homestuck being a webcomic and sharty being an imageboard around soyjaks, both share a lot of similarities.

i remember when i was younger i used to play videogames all day but i feel like im losing the will to do so, to be honest.
they're just not fun, they're fucking boring and most of them are these time wasters where you do shit for hours on end like clicking a fucking rock or a tree for like 99 hours just to level up some stupid skill you can't really do anything with. my steam library is just full of games that i never play and am never going to play, like i actually find it hard to really even be a fan of anything anymore and in FNAFs case, i never even played the fucking games i just watched others play them. i used to be really into danganronpa but then i finished it and stopped caring, same with metal gear solid to be honest. although in metal gears case i just binged the entire game series in like a week or something

but now i just don't even have the will to do so, it's like yeah heres silent hill look at how fucking awesome it is do you wanna play it, soygoy?

i cant help but look at videogames like a shitty box of toys to play with for like 5 minutes and then get bored of, every game is so incomprehensibly flawed for some reason, like Minecraft, where absolutely nobody knows what they're even supposed to do in that game because there's not really a goal or an objective, like atleast if you pick up mario or something you know you just have to go collect the stars. there used to be a time where if i was bored i could just pick up tf2 or something but i dont even do that anymore because tf2 is boring troonslop, not even by valve's choice, but the amount of trannies sneaking in references in that game is just so utterly insane that i don't wanna support it anymore.

which brings me onto the new games that people are playing, fucking idk baldurs gate 3, whatever, all these new games are like 500 fucking gigabytes and require £1000 graphics cards to run like do you seriously expect i have the money for that shit come on man. do you expect me to have the time even to download your 500 gb game with my 30 mb per second internet? like what are devs even thinking, they expect you to buy a fucking ps5 or some shit that has only like 500 gb of storage space anyways and they expect you to fill the entire drive with only like 1 game? are they retarded?

in conclusion videogames are fucking dumb they take too much time to set up and you get nothing out of it atleast with wii sports its fun for the whole family or something

its not about that however, i can pirate anything, i just don't have the will to play videogames anymore really because they're all boring slogs to get through and just very unfun and pointless. i feel like i can never finish a game these days.
