Sharty site stability has been suffering, it seems like load times are greater, catty loads slower(it was already pretty slow), and it takes forever to upload media. For the past day or so, I have constantly been getting instances of the site taking forever to post something, just to give me an error and then post it anyways after a few minutes, all without a (You) attribution. And don’t get me started on captcha load times! The failures of whatever devs are working behind the scenes is killing the sharty and nuAdmin needs to look into it.

I'm not someone who has left, and i am someone who is VERY familiar with crating high effort OC, i have led the 2 Lainchan GET thefts, voiced Troons drift and 3 seperate voice acting threads, discovered an entirely new syndrome (Sharty Fixation Syndrome), have made a small batch of car-soyjaks and even wrote an Sissy Andrew Tate x Miss Circle erotica on /nate/, i consider myself a great soyteen, there should just be more people like me.

You know whats brimstone? Our hostility towards new memebers and offsiters, let normies enjoy our silly soyjak memes, stop posting DNB and start gathering new people.

That's my point, it seems to me that it's the generally speaking younger newcomers who act like this, posting DNB and site killing coal.
I'm not saying new members as a whole are bad, but we're importing newbvlls from the wrong country if you watch me

The sharty isn't drying, it's just hitting a bad patch. It would only take the site being stable and the catalog being swept to get it back to at least the average 16k to 20k ppd it had under the start of the root era. 12k posts per day on a day where the site is actively being ddosed is not bad. All it would take is a compitant admin, a compitant dev, and jannies who swept. That is it.

It isn't the number of posts that seems problematic to me, but the slow degrade of the site's quality, straying further away from soy culture, and increasing the coal per hour production.
As Doll said, the biggest soy site rn is the 'ru, and the most notable recent addition to soy culture, which is also the biggest current thing on the sharty, are slopjaks, a 'ru invention

Yeah but 4chan is a good example of a site who's dead in everything but name and statistics. Its growth sure has continued, but it's quality has decreased.
What I fear is that the sharty does not have the numbers to continue growing, like 4chan did.
If the quality of the website decreases too much, instead of becoming mainstream like the 'cuck it's going to become a jarty 2.0

I do think that some of the stuff those on the Booru say are quite funny but it seems that most of those that use the site frequently spend most of their time arguing over who is the whiter one. I am not sure if such things would mesh well with a forum like this one.

It kinda feel more or less the same in terms of activity, maybe it's because i can't tell the difference, but activity will probably spike because of it being summer vacation, and then go down when school starts in August.

Quality wise, it's been worse. So much worse. The quality this past month has not been that bad outside of jannies not sweeping some things fast enough. The raids threads have been extremely active and have had amazing clips. There has been a good number of edits and gems. Story threads. Gemmy Threads. You just have JFS which is being exacerbated by the site issues.
