All true, however the guy's point about "muh Orthodox not doing any charity" is in fact false. The primary reason our churches generally don't do it as extensively as westerners do is because we usually don't have enough resources to do so. But the Russians are more resourceful than most other Orthodox churches and they do plenty of charity work.

What if we believe that salvation is through faith alone, being a gift from The Lord above, but still do works to strengthen our faith in Christ and help ourselves in avoiding sin?

We never made the claim that works are what gets us into heaven. Salvation is through faith, but a proper faith necessarily produces good works. Therefore faith without works is dead and has no power to save.
