Worms once again they're typically easy to dodge but if you slip up once its just wraps and no other boss type in the game is like that (maybe except moonlord's death ray). For me Terraria is a game all about the combat and pushing your mechanical skill so I never stop to smell the roses, also evil spread doesn't really matter prehm just put a non-corruptible block like dungeon brick or wood at the edge of the evil and have it go sufficiently deep and it'll be no problem. To me, Terraria is the second best game of all time and it's definitely one of my "desert island" games.

Not to mention Calamity's OST and strange METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE inspiration!
Not to mention the obvious devourer of gods OST being great too, but I haven't even beat him yet.
But my issue with Calamity is kind of exactly that, it's an expansion pack for Terraria and not a sequel which makes regaining all the progress from pre-hardmode and stuff take up more time, I kind of just wanted to get into it and immediately get to defeating Calamity bosses, but I had to get vanilla items and weapons and stuff which isn't an issue, but it's a large time investment and also Calamity isn't ported to 1.4 yet, or maybe it has idk.

Yharon's theme is ass I hate it and its the worst track in the game (DM Dokuro can NOT sing) every other song is amazing though.

Calamity has been long updated to the newest version of terraria (1.4.4) and you can start fighting calamity bosses right away, because the desert scourge is easier than the eye of cthulu and after that comes crabulon, and the point is there's new calamity content peppered everywhere in the base game, its just I wanna say after plantera it becomes the real focus because of the PGB -> Ravager combo but before that you gotta play the game with a lot of Andrew "Redigit" Spinks' vision. To me it takes around 30 hours to do a new calamity playthrough so its not that much of a time sink.

I think people shit on DM Dokuro too much, there's definitely some parts in the song that just song a bit iffy but the main chorus is perfectly fine and always hooks me in,
Hopefully you can atleast just appreciate the effort he put into making such a kickass song and admit that it's not perfect, but it's not terrible either.
If you think it's terrible, perhaps it needs a remake? Or maybe you could even replace it with a better cover? Like this for example:

or is the song itself just so shit that other singers can't repair it? Personally, it's so good that no matter who sings it (unless it's chris chan) it's pretty good.
Anyways the amount of MGR refs in this game is just autistic

lie, people dicksuck him so much and most calamity music tier lists put Roar of the Jungle Dragon near the top of the list. To me the song sounds like something out of a sonic game and to me is irrecoverable and I just have to cope with that fact that the penultimate boss of the game has a doodoo theme. I will admit though the song gets adrenaline pumping while in action when the air is getting warmer around you, lowkey shaking after beating duke fishron Yharon. I have a replay of the finale of my last encounter.

Fabsol is no doubt a MGRR superfan because the intended difficulty is literally called revengance mode, but all of Calamity is a reference in some way shape or form (Draedon is literally just misspelled Drayden from pkmn).

I don't really play Sonic games that much but I would honestly say that I have your reaction to Sonic songs, but not to Roar of the Jungle Dragon.
Sonic songs are way too edgy and the singing is shit. Also, I have noticed 2 Discord videos on your clips channel. I have downloaded all of your videos for archival purposes.
