I wish Sega just made more games with the Sega Virtua Processor instead of doing that, Virtua Racing is really impressive for the Genesis and mogs Star Fox graphically, imagine if we just got ports of games like Virtua Fighter, DOOM, even Sonic the Fighters for Genesis

Y'know what, fair enough.
I personally wish Sonic Mars got released to the public just due to how interesting of a concept the game was, but it would've flopped big time either-ways.
The 32x sold less then a million units compared to the Genesis selling over 30 million after all.

On a side note, If I'm not wrong, the 32x only came out because SoA was afraid of moving away from the Genesis hardware and wanted to stay on it as long as possible.
This was happening all the while SoJ was racing ahead to finish the Saturn which had been in development since 1992.

Is the Virtua Processor even strong enough for the likes of Sonic the Fighters and Doom?
It's hard to deny the impressive graphics it could produce especially considering the hardware it was running on, but at it's best the processor would be pushing it trying to run DOOM.
But, yeah, SEGA should have focused more on using the Virtua Processor instead of creating an entire console addon to replicate its results.

I've always been more of a Tailsfag (No, I'm not one of those Tails fans.) but I think everyone in the fandom realizes how shit Silver is now, yet despite this Evan is still writing him completely out of character all because she is steadfast on writing her shitty fan-fic version of him.

Silver will never be cool again since Evan has spread her version of Silver like a virus into each current iteration of Silver, just look at his lines in Team Sonic Racing to see what I mean, it's embarrassing.
Now, I will admit that Silver does not have these lines in the Japanese dub of the game, but the fact that 99% of Sonic fans are stuck with this shit is just unfair to all the people who have ever cared about 06ver / Sonic Rivals 2 Silver.

Sonic the Fighters is a stretch but Doom absolutely, there was a version of it released for the SNES that used the Super FX chip, granted it was a really awful version but it ran nonetheless, I'm sure some tech wizard could get a better version running on the SVP.

I never got the point of this game. Genuinely, who was asking for this game, it seems like a worse version of All-Stars Racing Transformed with cutscenes that make the ones in Free Riders look like a Blur Studio x Marza production. A lot of the appeal of ASRT is gone too, instead of getting to play as other Sega characters all you get is wonderful, very well known ones like Chao Trio, Big the Cat, and of course the series's greatest villain, Zavok. Fucking great.
If they ever make another racing game, I hope it's another Riders game. Just make it like a classic Tony Hawk but with Sonic characters and racing. How hard can it be?

This wasn't a bad idea, it's not like there wasn't no reason to capitalize on how well the Genesis did, it's just that the 32X was that idea executed in the dumbest way possible
Like I said, they should've just capped the Genesis with more SVP titles and other games that would push the hardware to its limits (like Comix Zone) and give them enhanced versions on the Saturn

That's the catch, no-one was asking for the game.
If I were to guess, SEGA just wanted a safe game that would secure a nice handful of sales so that they could fund future titles.
I still cannot believe how hard they baited the entire fan-base with this teaser image, if anything it showed that they were desperate to secure any form of commercial success.
All this image led to was hopes for a direct and or spiritual successor to Sonic R and by extension, major disappointment when it was anything but.

Now that you mention it, SEGA could have easily hired Travelers Tales to work on a DOOM port.
TT are notorious for their gorgeous and hardware pushing Genesis games, so God knows what they could've done with the SVP.

That's the issue, long time brain-rotted Tumblr users like Evan can't critically think at all when the subject matter is anything that needs interpretation.
If I'm not wrong, she wrote some bullshit on her blog about how "Silver made me realize who I was" or some bullshit along those lines, the realization by the way was that she was "asexual".
So long are the days of SEGA hiring professional writers who have standards I suppose.

Yes, Penders is Aryan as fuck, I read tiny bits of both sonic comics (not the manga or fleetway because fuck you) and from what I got the Archie comic was actually good as opposed to IDW. I think people just like the latter because it has lesbians they can jerk off to or something like that.

I don’t know if this is rage bait or not but I genuinely like a lot of Ken Penders on Archie, especially after he made the tone of the comic more serious around issue 20.
If anything I’m looking forward to a lot of his upcoming reprints despite there issues, ones that I have talked about extensively on my journal so I won’t repeat them here to save time.
I just hope the planned “Scott Shaw!” collection gets better treatment then whatever the fuck is going on with the Knuckles Omnibus, as Scott Shaw and his psuedo-SatAM art style brought so much life to the Archie Mini-Series.

I was being genuine but I know sonic fans hate talking about Penders and what he did for the comic book so I always state it in a way I can write off as a joke (they treat him like he's the plague for whatever reason, Idk they just hate and I never saw it explained). I actually didn't read page one of the thread before I made that comment so I thought I would just be shouting into the dark about the Archie comic thing, nah you's an expert which is good.

Depends.
If you ask me he couldn’t be doing better, he has a small loyal Archie fan-base following him around (including myself) that are starving for content to the point where any slop he throws out has sold like hot cakes.
He’s doing quite well for himself from a financial aspect and he has all the time in the world to make his passion projects a reality.
So yeah, I’d argue he’s doing pretty damn well.

I mentioned this on another site before, but most people who moan and cry about Ken Penders haven’t even read Archie themselves.
Ask most people who scream about how bad Ken Penders is, why they think that way and the usual answer you’ll get consists of the same four answers.

1) “Ken said Geoffrey fucked Sally on Twitter even DOE I haven’t read the Sally Miniseries so it means nothing to me”

2) “Ken used some shit holocaust poem to describe events in the comic”

3) “YouTuber said he was bad so he’s bad.”

4) “his art sucks lmaooo”

That’s it, those points are consistent among every single “Ken Penders Hater” and to be quite frank, a lot of those points are either subjective or just retarded decisions made by an old man.
It’s hard to deny that he’s said and done some odd shit but every single bad action he’s ever committed gets blown so far out of proportion that it’s made out to be 100x worse then it actually was, and retarded Gen-Alpha sonic fans eat it up every single time, which has led to a vicious cycle of “he said she said”.
