I heard blue light is bad when it gets late. Not sure if it true but I use the blue light filter thingy on my iPhone anyways.
Also I make my room as dark as possible at night by putting cardboard or paper or something on the windows (My curtains suck at blocking light so I have to do this)
 
Mouth tape to prevent mouth breathing. Try different brands of tape to find one that works. I tape horizontally along my lips instead of across.
Proper posture seems surprisingly correlated with sleep quality in my experience. Do posture improving exercises in the morning when they are most effective.
I think if you have mild obstructive sleep apnea you can breathe better by setting up your head posture to maintain tense muscles in your neck throughout the night. For me this is tilting my head forward and tucking my chin. I think this head position is also a part of mewing?
 
I have none of the common problems you guys have I literally just cant fall asleep. Like no matter what I do I just don't fall asleep sometimes. More importantly waking up is hell. how do i make it less like niggerhell and more like aryanheaven or is it because i am a brown monkey that doesn't deserve Gods gift of life
