A turn lasts a day (I think 12 hours would be better but I don't want the mutts and shi to feel bad), you can perform a fair amount of actions and diplomacy as long as it's believeable

Example:
>I want to conquer lands to the east
>I want to conquer lands to the west
>I want to conquer lands to the north
>I want to conquer lands to the south
is bad
>I want to lead an expedition to the east
>I want to set some fishermen to fish for food on my southern coast
>I want to plant some trees on my west (for example)
is good

Our people are done with their annual meeting, our lands have become too small to garner all of the moabites, some clan leaders lead the expedition down the river Baal (I named my river in praise of our God) and start a settlement there (expansion south you can choose the amount of land taken with a dice)
at the same time an adventurous clan decides to take a caravan filled with our pottery, camel hides and nearby resources and take it over the desert to try and find the Tanni people he's heard about

The expansion south succeeds, but you aren't able to garner much land.

The caravan gets ambushed in the desert and all of your men die before getting to Tanni

By the way, if you encounter a new tribe while expanding somewhere far away, don't RP like you know them. Me and Mymorea are literally basically neighbours so it's logical that we would know eachother but you probably won't for most other cases
