Not entirely true, people will get bored of using the minus one trillion reaction scores for the laughs and just use them normally, albeit without the Reddit karma.

I thought the reaction score was a good gauge of poster quality, albeit it's not the end of the world if its removed. Maybe we can replace reaction scores with just "Gem score", "good score", "bad score", and "Brimstone score", each correlating to a range of reaction scores so we can keep that aspect of it will removing the numbers.
