I remember on one of my first times playing Pokemon crystal wasting all my money on haircuts and vitamins and training Eevee for hours so that it'd like me because I really wanted to have an Umbreon
And I ended up being sooooo disappointed because it's fucking useless, I don't know what I expected
just a gimmick comp only 'mon

You can google its gen 2 stats on serebii, no good STAB moves at all, and dark is special in gen 2 while umbreon leans physical.

So I guess I can play it on my computer right

No it's just exclusive to their systems, the games themselves are developed by gamefreak who isn't owned by nintendo.
