i am very healthy, when i eat i eat healthy foods, i just count calories obsessively.
i do the same
no soda, little sugar as possible, no fast food, only eat healthy shit like chicken and rice and lots of vegetables.
 
that in itself isn’t healthy. counting calories isn’t always the way- you need to ensure you have enough nutrition. you’re growing i assume- you need a surplus
theres nothing wrong with being skinny, parkles just likes big beefy men.
imo if you don't exercise a lot (like me) its better to be skinny, otherwise if you have a surplus, you'll just get fat.

also its important to note that junk food contains a lot of shitty false calories that are not nutritious or good for you.
so for me, i just eat no junk food, no sugary shit, no fast food, no soda, no sugarwater, only unsweetened unmilked tea and good foods like chicken and rice

i'll gain alot of weight if i go on a surplus, excercise or not, my genetics are shit.
the thing you guys have to know that i have to be eating like this or i'll easily get extremely fat, all of my family members are like this, it's just genetics.

imo all you need to care about is having a healthy bmi which i do. exercise is good, but it requires scheduling and it takes off a lot of time which i need personally.

for example, someone who doesn’t have a healthy bmi (e.g heavier structure or whatever) could actually run 5 miles easily but a normal bmi person who doesn’t workout and has no stamina would find 1 mile hard. or like weights for example, weight lifting isn’t just for body building. exercise builds a more aestheitc body too

this kind of information would be useful if i was an athlete or if a fastly approaching apocalypse was on it's way
