White Identifying (Hv/Hvm)
Finished up my chicken-coop (gutted mobile home) today. Tomorrow I'll use some jack stands to level it out and work on connecting it to my chicken run. If that is easy enough, I'll start introducing my new flock to the main run.
Haven't done much else, probably got 2 hours of sleeo last night. All month i haven't been able to sleep until like 4-7am, and when i do i sleep about 30-45 minutes at a time and can't go back to bed for a while. Last night when i was trying to sleep around 7am i heard screaming and shit. I'm thinking I'm exhausted enough to actually sleep though, so it's not a big deal.

I'll take pictures of my garden tomorrow, i swear i had some saved.
Growing tomatoes, cucumbers, snap peas, beets, corn, watermelon, squash, carrots, onions, radishes, bunch of leafy greens, and herbs. I'm pretty sure i have some potatoes growing back from last year, but i never got around to planting them

I'm guessing you live by yourself. Cool shit doe.
no, I live with my dad, but I take care of the yard for him and we decide this kind of thing together. We got extremely lucky on this house/property. It's a couple acres, and we got it cheaper than most people in the burbs can get a 3 bedroom home (not gonna be too specific).

Woke up pretty early today. We're so back.
Didn't end up leveling out that coop, gonna do that tomorrow if the ground isn't too soft. Didn't do much other than pull weeds and clean up the yard today.
Got an update for this student research I'm doing today and I'm going to be stuck inside with a thunderstorm, so i guess I'll start some research.
<
Also got the last of my ex's shit packed so it feels good to be wrapping that up. Wish i could go back to when i was a sad little fuck and tell myself how great the breakup would be in the end
Here is my coolest duck

Shiny irl

Oh fuck bros, I might have a job! Got a guy around me looking for tractor drivers to do some basic shit for the season. It's all gps, so I'm pretty much just sitting in the tractor following the path I'm given. If i get it he said he'll train me and everything. First time I've ever actually been excited for a real job (currently i do ranch hand work like bailing hay and scooping horseshit, but that's every couple weeks)

Wtf your chickens are living better than mine. My coop is pretty much just a shed. How many do you have? I have 7. I also am growing tomato, peas, carrot, cucumbers and lots of hot peppers including ghost and carolina reaper (because mi gusta season mi food o algo). I live too far up north to grow watermelons.

That's funny, i actually had my seven chickens in a shed for the past two years too! Right now i have 11 chickens, for ducks, and one goose (getting another goose soon.
The whole time i was cleaning out the trailer for them i was kinda pissed that i couldn't just live in it.
Also, chickens don't sense capsaicin, so they love hot peppers (i guess I'd still be careful about the insanely hot ones).
apparently it even helps their bloodflow, which keeps them a little warmer in the winter. Not sure if that's true or not.

That's neat. I don't have the space for waterfowl but always wanted to try them
