Ever since the great catalog wipe of new /qa/, there has been an incredible decline in 'zellingposting, maybe the wipe left them with nothing to fight for so they all either fled back to the Zarty splinter or they occasionally post on new /qa/.
I'd say this is a better outcome for Ongezelling, it's far less disruptive, even if /qa/ now has a bump limit.

This is something I touched on before, the new farty is too hostile to anything outside of the perceived hivemind window of acceptability. The IAS purism has reached the upper limit (not even a good "purism" because it's not even about soyquoting, it's just self inserting and meta/referential humor) and now everything else is being shot down. Zellig le bad, pepe le bad, soytan le bad, namefagging le bad, tranime le bad, new FOTM bullshit le bad, bait le bad, spam le bad, new forced variant le bad, autistic countrywaring le bad, ban everything I don't like... It's becoming a reddit like hivemind that completely rejects anything unique in favor of fermenting the same fucking things further and further until staying there is unbearable, until the sharty is stripped of any kind of uniqueness or nuance, until it is just BLAND.
