Because of him being admin, he technically has full power to snuff out any revolt unless the site owner kicks him off. That is if they haven't already put themselves on his servers, which they probably have.
As long as he is admin of the sharty nothing will change. Even kuz, save for the p raids, didn't drain the soul out of the sharty as much as the froot administration has.
