Been working on it. Doe the pay would be barely better than the neetbux I get so it’s tough to stay motivated.
I won't berate you for being a welfare sponge, you probably have already considered the morality of it. However, you will never be a person worthy of respect if you cannot at the very least make a living for yourself. What happens when you need a new car and your neetbucks won't cover it? What happens when you want to go on vacation and your neetbucks won't cover it? What happens when you get sick and your neetbucks won't cover it? At least in the USA, which I'm assuming you are from, you could get a warehouse job over indeed pretty easily and make a great deal more than neetbux. Despite what people say, there is a point of no return. There is a line you can cross where you are no longer a human worthy of respect. A time when you truly prove you have no value and will never do anything of note. I also know that it's hard to break 5 years of being a NEET. I'd just apply to 10 jobs that seem like they are within your ability. Even if they don't pay as well as you wish. You need to get into the rhythm of working, you need to start building on your savings, and then you need to focus on getting a better job. There will never be a better time to get started than right now.

Trve, I've been procrastinating because I think to myself that I'm still young and can slouch around for a bit longer. Despite saying that for the last few years. And it's definitely not something I'm proud of, and would not encourage anyone to do what I did. It really sucks the life out of you.

Procrastinating is my biggest issue too... It's hard not to with all the technology, social media, and so on... It's a horrible cycle that few have the will power to break free from. Unless you have the will power to break a 5 year long vise as a NEET of 5 years, you need to throw yourself off a cliff to make a change. Not a literal cliff, but you need to put yourself in a situation where you HAVE to make a change. Actually apply to as many jobs on https://www.indeed.com as you can. (I'd suggest warehouse jobs for their low requirements and high pay as a start). Then the moment you start working, get yourself off all your support systems like neetbucks. Make it so that if you do not claw your way through life, you starve. Something along those lines. I worked nights at a warehouse to make some extra money, and I saw 20–30-year-olds who needed the second job to pay off their baby mommas and would never have a cent of their own no matter how many hours they worked. I saw 50–60-year-old guys who just had no skills and no savings who had to work back breaking labor. At some point for some reason, you will have to work. It's hard. Its unpleasant. You don't want to do it. It's not fair. But at least take your agency into your own hands, and be the one to jump off the cliff, rather than have some outside force throw you off it. And yeah, it'll suck at first, but I assure you when you are chilling out on the 'arty after work or on the weekends, every moment of it will feel 100 times better.

Do you do anything besides browse the internet and play games all day? For example, do you make video games, write books, have a YouTube channel, etc? If you do one of those thing really well + get really lucky you might be able to make a decent amount of extra money from them, but I don’t know if doing so would make the government decide you are no longer deserving of neetbucks

If you have a high school diploma go into the trades. If you don't, get your GED and get qualified. We're in desperate need of tradesmen and the jobs all pay well. If you're afraid of the physical aspect there are jobs where you can just sit around all day controlling a vehicle. Example: crane operator, forklift driver, etc. These qualifications are not hard to get at all.
