my favorite media trope is where it’s this giant threat of multiple things or people and it’s attacking/harming a small community of people, such a small mining town where everyone knows eachother or a dinosaur island.

killer klowns from outer space: the multiple threats are of course, killer klowns from outer space, where each one of them is so uniquely designed and memorable, and the target is a small sleepy town in california.

eight-legged-freaks/arac-attack: the multiple threats are various types of species of spiders that have grown giant and attack a small arizona mining town.

the lost world: jurassic park: the multiple threats/singular threats are various species of dinosaurs that attack group of 80 mercenaries, and one those threats, a Buck Tyrannosaurus Rex manages to reach and terrorize san diego california.
