Well guys it's time to ban HWABAG if wanting to fuck characters who are legal only by the end of the show isn't ok.

Ban worthy or otherwise, it is unbelievably coalish and cringe. In a rare defense for the jannies, bans aren't just determined by the post they are being banned over but past rule breaks and bans. Someone who is a troublemaker or was previously banned may be held to higher standards. At least that would be a fair mindset.

Exactly this. Right after he got unbanned, DonutHole posted a screenshot of that wiki page about how Tomoko is actually 18. He did not say anything about how being attracted to a 15-year-old is okay. He called his ban bullshit and posted a screencap about how the character he got banned for calling his wife was actually 18 (he posted that on his profile page, so I can't access it, but I'm sure that @baqqrih can).

Being "coalish and cringe" isn't justification for a ban and it certainly isn't justification for a permaban. The posts that he made after his most recent banning were not rule-breaking and, as such, he should not have been banned.

The whole irony thing can't even be applied to Donuthole's perma, he was saying his ban was nonesense, not being ironic. And it won't save me if I make a joke, I can logically prove the rule's complete cow dung all I want.

I never said people should be banned for being cringe or coalish (albeit the site was better when we banned people who were too coalish), just that regardless of how just the ban was, he was cringe for making that post. I don't know the context for the post, so I'm not going to make any judgements on my end, however I'm assuming that his post fell into some grey area. Maybe for a normal poster, it would be a bit much to ban someone for making a post in a grey area. On the other hand, a janny might be quick on the ban hammer draw for a past troublemaker. If his ban was unjust, I'm sure jannies will unban him, but at the same time it's hard to blame jannies if the ban was unjust since he is one of the most vantablack niggerhell posters on this site.
