This is my first time doing these but hopefully, it will be positive.

So today is my 3rd day from school starting.
I woke up later than I wanted because I am a lazy faggot. Hopefully, I will do better tomorrow with an alarm clock and a reminder to work out when I wake up. Later, My family and I had a fire together but I left early to shower and do some workouts for my spine and wrist. Speaking of working out, guess who will try to work out more often now? My reason for not working out was due to my leg injury. Although still there, it's no longer as problematic as it normally is. Regarding my school schedule, it will hopefully look something like this:
- Wake up: 7:00 A.M
- Do some basic stretches with the lights on. 7:00-7:15
- Eat some food: 7:15-7:45
- leave to go to school: 7:45
- school: 8:05-2:45
At this point, it will depend on my after school activities:
A- (A club)
- whatever it is after school: (depends, no more than 2 hours no less than 1) 2:45-3:45 PM
- go home: 3:45-4:00 PM
- eat some food: 4:00-4:30 PM
- job: 4:35-5:35 PM
- homework: 5:40-7:00 PM
- Read part C

B- (B nothing after school)
- get home: 3:00 PM
- eat some food: 3:00-3:30 PM
- job: 3:35-4:35 PM
- homework: 4:30-7:00 PM
- read part C

C- after 7:00 PM
- travel and participate in the gym 7:00-8:15 PM
- shower time: 8:30-9:00
- read 9:00-11:00 (could be cancelled earlier)
Sleep until the next day

Other than that. nothing much happened

How much time do you spend at the gym during weekends/days off school?
it was near daily for at least an hour but due to my injury (which i believe was cause due to improper running, as in putting too much pressure on my muscles caused a painful (but still minor) tear.

I forgot to post my status yesterday, but it was pretty uneventful. I need to converse with my grandparents more often, specifically during the 9:00-11:00PM hours I dedicated. I need to learn more Russian from them and get in touch with my Slavic roots to build a community that [wholesome] 's me. Regarding yesterday, I tried to do my math but due to assburgers and depression so nothing significant was done. Too much time is spent listening to chudcels online rather than hanging out with friends in real life. I have sleep problems where I cannot go to sleep. Too busy stressing out about tomorrow rather than going to sleep. I'm gonna try and contact my boss to see if I can work over September. I am demanding too much of myself and should stop overthinking and start doing.
Other than that, today my sister went to school. I will be going tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Today was an okay day. I got things back in a more cohesive order, but I still have to finish some things I left unfinished. Hopefully, the stress of school will convince me to do more school and less dilly-dallying. I really need a therapist but my parents will likely downplay it and say that I am ungrateful o algo. Hopefully, I will go out more and do shit there, like how I want to really get strong arm muscles so I can do this dance called the "Flare". Other than that it was ok.

9/4/2024 - 1st day of school...

... and final year of high school. This likely be my most real, and arguably hopeful, year yet. I have English, Data Management, Philosophy (subject to change Chemistry) and Technology. Today I didn't follow the schedule that I outlined for myself, but it's okay because I did the only thing I really cared for at the beginning and will now do the other most cared-for thing. One of those 2 things was to stretch when I woke up. I think it worked in terms of waking me up, but DAMN do I need to eat more and lay off the sweets. The second is to work a little on my job. I'll be doing that after I submit my English for today. Other than that, I met some of my friends. I had an unexpected surprise during 1st-period class, as my friend also goes there. A goal I have is to get better at sleeping, as in, when I hit the pillow it doesn't take me longer than an hour to go to sleep. So far tossing and turning in bed while my eyes are closed works, but I find it inconsistent, and the main issue is that I really gotta stop using screens at least 2 hours before bedtime. Perhaps I can ask @baqqrih for some bedtime Bible stories. Or more likely what Bible verse I should read.
