Had to talk to an atheist today, gosh they are so ignorant and deny the most basic of facts. He wouldn't even accept that Jesus was a person that lived like wth??? Something something, "you can't trust a book that was written over 1000 years ago" "you can't apply the moral standards of back then to now". So pitiful I want to hate because its so ignorant but I choose to pity because it is so misguided, doesn't help I suck at arguing my cause.

I just came to the conclusion that if you still don't believe Jesus existed you can't trust anything that happened in history because if all the accounts that contain it mention Jesus with all the witnesses and sources isn't enough, nothing actually happened and our history as humanity is made up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Holy trvthnvke. There's a book called Historic Doubts Relative to Napoleon Bonaparte, which shows that David Hume's argument against miracles undermines pretty much all knowledge of history.
