the US has been paying a lot less attention to the land-based wing of their nuclear triad imo, they're just now getting around to replacing the Minuteman III ICBMs from the 70s but it won't be until 2030 something until they're all gone. the Trident II is newer, has a higher payload capacity, can be launched from almost anywhere on Earth, yada yada yada. of course sub-launched missiles are less reliable though if i had to guess

Kind of unrelated, but I've heard that other latin americans absolutely hate venezuelan immigrants and view them the same way europeans view gypsies, is that true?
