How so? people with autism are technically disabled, or at the very least have a condition that sets them back compared to the rest of their peers, just because the token savant makes it through doesn't mean the group as a whole is going to, especially for those so low on the spectrum to the point that they categorically would fall under having mental retardation.

I mean that retards should be called "intellectually disabled" just so our culture will get more accepted of cognitevely impaired people AKA retards. IQ tests and equating cognition with intelligence is why there's trillion pseudointellectual idiots bragging their IQ.

I agree though, there are different types of intelligence, or rather areas of expertise people know about and are knowledgeable on, most people can learn and never stop learning, whether that be information or learning to do things; a higher IQ more than not just indicates that some people are easier at grasping and registering information presented with them compared to those lower on the spectrum who are extremely dense. But arrogrant twats parading how smart they are just because they happened to be born with this ability, gift from God, something they do not and never had control over, and something that could very well easily be taken away from them if they suffered an accident that caused brain damage/mental impairments, or alzheimer's, and a whole long list of other diseases, is entirely full of oneself and nothing less.

There are multiple intelligences. Downies could be really good at one of those. A downie could be a philosopher just if they had verbal skills.

I also don't think spergs are gay or evil. I think most of them are cool and contribute to our society and have families. The spergs on the net who write pseudointellectual rants and play pathological video games all day long... Well, that's a story for another day.
