Honestly Namibia wouldn't be too bad, it's one of the coldest countries in Africa and the official language is German. Ethiopia is interesting mostly because of the amazing cuisine and the fact they have a significant Jewish minority

That, and its population also speaks English as a primary language. Still a heck-hole (as most-if-not-all options are, here), but I think I'd be in good company if I worked at a church there in Kampala. Good music, too.
