I dislike every single country listed here but I'll go with China just because it cooperates with Russia. China is still a dystopian shithole though, don't get me wrong. I used to like Philippines a bit but I can't anymore, they are evolving in the same direction as any western country. I imagine it will be another case of Poland, you have a bunch of neo-con boomers who stay in power for a while but do nothing to get rid of foreign influence, so western propaganda works in the youth and the conservatives get voted out. That's what happened in Poland in 2023 elections, if we went back to 2015 we'd see most Poles opposing abortion in surveys for example, but surveys done only 5-6 years later show a massive rise in support for abortion instead. Philippines will suffer the same fate.

None of them, in the countries of Southeast Asia are poor and the Western influence on them is increasing, in the most developed countries like Japan or South Korea they are globalist shit like the rest of the first world countries.
