Weekdays, I have some combination of eggs, sausage and cheese inside of bread. On weekends though, I have cheese, bread, eggs, tomatoes, jam, honey if we got it at home, sausage, grape molasses and a cup of tea/coffee.
Bold for you to assume I know anything about the average Turk's or Balkaner's breakfast. Maybe you're right, but I feel it keeps me satisfied until later in the day. I'm pretty ignorant about most things though, so I can't say your wrong or right because I don't know.

More fruits, sometimes eggs If i haven't already. Most of the time I just wait until dinner to eat again, or I don't eat breakfast and eat what I have for breakfast for lunch and then eat dinner. Usually I eat either chicken, ground beef, salmon or steak for dinner. With me changing up what recipe I use most of the time. I like having rice or some kind of steamed veggies as a side to it or sometimes both. I feel fine so I haven't gone out of my way to change what I eat for now. But I most likely will in the future, as i want to try new things.
Breakfast sucks and I never eat it, on the rare occasions I do I’ll go to a nearby diner and order an omelette with some toast on the side and skip lunch
i usually have NO time before school so i either eat air and grab a snack before i head in
or i accept that i am already two hours late and i make some toast
today was bread and hummus with some zaatar and olive oil yum
one time i had a whole tomato tho
and another time was curry from last night
so basically anything i can shove in my stomach quickly
