VRChat is a disaster and is proof why too much freedom is a bad thing when it comes to hangout games, a culture built on perverted cultures/hobbies like furries and anime (not normal anime, I mean like lolis). ERPing is common and its not rare to see a kid getting preyed on in the public worlds, when user generated assets are in a game they should be tightly restricted to things only the developer approves, but unfortunately for VRC, the devs support ERP (as long as you keep it in private instances [unenforced])

You can't be wrapping tragedies and comedies in the same post, but that's the nature of VRChat. They need to shut that game down because its a more potent hazard than discord and twitter.
