It's like a middle ground between diabetes-giving milk chocolate and ultra bitter 80-90 cocoa swarthy bars.

It’s only the cocoa butter in white chocolate not any cocoa powder, of course it’s flavorless it’s just made of fat while the rest of the cocoa was used elsewhere.
