Fair, I have a bit of trouble picking a solid #1 favorite since I like quite a few, so I cycle my signature sometimes with my ~#1s to #10. My favorite gen 5 Pokémon that's not a starter is probably Bisharp

As a kid it was Mudkip but I've grown to like it less with time. Plus I felt it shat on the game's difficulty too hard so I started picking it less often on replays.

My response was too hasty and I didn't think enough about it, as I was thinking only of Mudkip. My apologies. Speaking of regional 'phlosion though, I love that one as well. I saw many people complaining about it, but I see it as a "Woah, two cakes!" deal.
