Some bar near my house has a seasonal Oktober Fest burger.
It's a burger with bratwurst and sauerkraut and i think egg.

It's hard to explain but it has a sweet and buttery flavor to it, it's one of the tastiest seafoods up there with salmon, even doe salmon tastes completely different to lobster. Lobster is also very 'meaty' for seafood in terms of taste.

The closest thing I can think of is like 'buttered shrimp' but somehow tastier
